Cleveland mixtape master Chip tha Ripper has come through with yet another high-quality free release. Since first making noise on Hi-Tek’s Hi-Teknology 3 in 2007, Chip has been steady on the mixtape grind. Soon he will be in the studio putting together a project with newly-announced “supergroup” Pulled Over By The Cops. For Gift Raps, Chip recruits fellow posse member Chuck Inglish of The Cool Kids for production duties, and the combination impresses.
