In the ‘Llab.

A couple of dope-if-not-surprising collaboration joints dropped early this morning to keep your deck icy on these hot summer afternoons. The first finds frequent partners in high rhyme Wiz and Spitta recruiting current G.O.O.D. Music ball carrier (pause) Big Sean to jump on Big Jerm’s smoked-out strings and spacey horns to outstanding results. No word yet on which release this one will turn up. Sidenote: Is anyone in the game consistently nailing hooks like Wiz? Nope.

The latter half of the offering finds Chi-Town upstarts L.E.P. Bogus Boys reaching out to The Apple to grab Hav & P for a track that will likely appear on the Bogus Boys Now or Neva later this year. The Mobb has certainly sounded energized since Albert came out the clink, and this Frank Dukes production is a snappy-snare drum away from sounding like a leftover from The Infamous sessions. And I’m not mad.
